#44DE Travon Walker QuestionableRibs
Updated

Walker (ribs) is questionable to play Thursday night against the Ravens.

Walker remained limited at the team's final practice of the week Wednesday as he continues to nurse an injury to his ribs. If the defensive lineman is unable to go in Week 9, Danny Striggow and Bryan Thomas would be two top candidates to operate in more prominent roles versus Baltimore.

#33RB Bhayshul Tuten QuestionableAnkle
Updated

Tuten (ankle/foot) is listed questionable for Thursday's game against the Ravens.

For the third day in a row, Tuten went down as a non-participant on the Jaguars' injury report, even though head coach Liam Coen suggested the running back would practice in a limited fashion Wednesday, per Cameron Wolfe of NFL Network. The coach added that the Jaguars will be viewing Tuten as a game-time decision for Thursday's tilt, with his availability perhaps hinging on how he fares during a gameday workout. If Tuten ends up missing his first game of the season or is active but available in only a limited capacity, Chris Rodriguez would be in store for a larger role out of the backfield.

#29S Eric Murray IRElbow
Out for the season Updated

The Jaguars placed Murray (elbow) on their injured reserve list Tuesday.

It was already known Murray suffered a season-ending elbow injury during the first quarter of Sunday's game versus the Colts, so the move comes as no big surprise. In his absence, 2025 sixth-rounder Rayuan Lane could step into a starting role at safety for the rest of the year.

#52DT DaVon Hamilton IRKnee (right) · Strain
Out for the season Updated

The Jaguars placed Hamilton (knee) on their injured reserve list Tuesday.

Hamilton suffered a ruptured quad during Sunday's game versus the Colts, and now he'll spend the rest of the season on IR. His departure from Jacksonville's defensive line figures to open up more opportunities for 2024 second-rounder Ruke Orhorhoro as the campaign continues.

#77OT Anton Harrison IRKnee (right) · Surgery
Out for the season Updated

Harrison was diagnosed with a torn ACL while undergoing a procedure on his right knee Thursday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

The Jaguars were hoping that Harrison was undergoing just an arthroscopic procedure, but the surgeons found more damage than originally thought. As such, the 2023 first-rounder will miss the rest of the season, and how he progresses in his recovery over the coming months will determine whether he will be available for the start of the 2027 campaign. Walker Little figures to start at left tackle in Harrison's absence.

#27S Caleb Ransaw IRKnee
Estimated return Nov 15 Updated

The Jaguars placed Ransaw (knee) on their injured reserve list Tuesday.

Ransaw suffered a knee injury during Sunday's game at Cincinnati, and now he'll have to sit out at least the next four games as he recovers. In parallel transactions, Jacksonville waived cornerback Christian Braswell (knee) with an injury designation and signed cornerbacks Jaylon Jones and Alijah Huzzie.

#95DE B.J. Green II IRElbow
Estimated return Nov 15 Updated

The Jaguars placed Green (elbow) on injured reserve Wednesday.

Green sustained the injury while on punt coverage during the Jaguars' 34-10 win over the Browns in Week 1. The injury is severe enough for him to warrant a stint on injured reserve, meaning he'll be forced to miss at least the next four games. The earliest Green is eligible to return from IR is Week 6 against the Texans on Sunday, Oct. 18.

#69C Sam Mustipher IRUndisclosed
Out for the season Updated

The Jaguars placed Mustipher (undisclosed) on injured reserve Sunday.

The move to IR does not come with a designation to return, meaning Mustipher will be forced to miss the entire 2026 season. It's unclear when he sustained the injury or what the nature of it is, but he'll shift his focus toward being fully healthy for the 2027 campaign.

#65G Patrick Mekari IRBack · Surgery
Estimated return Nov 15 Updated

The Jaguars placed Mekari (back) on injured reserve with a designation to return Sunday.

Mekari will be required to miss at least the first four games of the regular season, meaning Week 5 against the Eagles on Sunday, Oct. 11 is the earliest he can play. The California product is recovering from back surgery that he underwent in mid-August. Ezra Cleveland is in line to start at right guard for as long as Mekari is out of action.

#58DE Zach Durfee IRUpper Body
Estimated return Nov 15 Updated

The Jaguars placed Durfee (upper body) on injured reserve Sunday with a designation to return, Matt Zenitz of CBSSports.com reports.

The 2026 seventh-rounder will need to miss the first four weeks of the regular season at least before he is eligible to return to the active roster. Durfee is set to be a reserve piece of the Jaguars' defensive line throughout the 2026 season, and once he is healthy there should be a path to reserve snaps.

#6S Antonio Johnson Cleared
Updated

Johnson (ankle) has no injury designation ahead of Thursday night's matchup against Baltimore.

Johnson was forced to miss the team's Week 8 win over the Colts while nursing an ankle injury, but he appears to be good to go for Week 9. The 25-year-old was a limited participant at the team's final practice of the week Wednesday, so he may not be back to 100 percent, but Johnson should be back in his starting role at free safety versus the Ravens.

#24RB Chris Rodriguez Jr. Cleared
Updated

Rodriguez (hand) doesn't carry an injury designation for Thursday night's game against the Ravens.

Meanwhile, Bhayshul Tuten (ankle/foot) has been deemed questionable for the contest after being listed as a DNP on each of the Jaguars' injury reports, Monday through Wednesday. Given that Tuten has been the team's lead back this season, his playing status (and potential workload, if he's active Thursday) will provide valuable context related to the Week 9 fantasy prospects of Rodriguez, who could assume a larger backfield role versus Baltimore if Tuten ends up out or limited.

#3WR Jakobi Meyers Cleared
Updated

Meyers (hamstring/ankle) does not carry an injury designation going into Thursday's game at the Ravens.

Though Meyers was limited in practice, the Jaguars are not listing him on the injury report going into Thursday's game. The veteran has battled through bumps and bruises throughout the season but has yet to miss a game. He'll be good to go for Week 9 in Charm City.

#23LB Foyesade Oluokun Cleared
Updated

Oluokun recorded nine total tackles (five solo), including 1.0 sacks, during Sunday's 42-7 win against the Colts.

Oluokun led the team in takedowns, notching at least eight tackles for the third straight game. The linebacker was also able to get to quarterback Daniel Jones for his first sack of the year in the second quarter, matching his season total from both the 2024 and 2025 campaigns. Oluokun is as steady as it gets from a fantasy perspective, and he has now registered 51 total tackles (31 solo), including 1.0 sacks, while also adding two interceptions and a forced fumble over seven contests to open the regular season.

#25S Rayuan Lane III Cleared
Updated

Lane recorded four total tackles (one solo) and three passes defensed, including a pick-six, during Sunday's 42-7 win over the Colts.

Lane played every one of the team's defensive snaps in Week 8, stepping into a starting role in the secondary with Antonio Johnson (ankle) unavailable. The 23-year-old's biggest moment of the game came in the second quarter when he jumped in front of a pass from Colts quarterback Daniel Jones for an interception, returning it 92 yards for his first career defensive touchdown. Lane has now compiled 20 total tackles (10 solo) and four passes defensed, including Sunday's pick-six, over seven contests during the 2026 campaign.

#46LS Ross Matiscik Cleared
Updated

Matiscik (shoulder) does not have a game designation for Sunday's clash against the Colts.

Matiscik hurt his shoulder in Week 5 versus Philadelphia and missed Week 6 against Houston. Jacksonville was on bye last week, and that appears to have given Matiscik enough time to recover. He should reclaim the team's long-snapper duties Sunday.

#5RB LeQuint Allen Jr. Cleared
Updated

Allen (hamstring) does not carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Colts.

Allen popped up on Thursday's injury report due to a hamstring injury, but despite logging back-to-back limited practices to end Week 8 prep, the second-year running back has been cleared to play in Sunday's AFC South tilt. He has only one carry through six regular-season games while operating as the team's RB3 behind Bhayshul Tuten and Chris Rodriguez.

#1CB Montaric Brown Cleared
Updated

Brown (hamstring) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice.

Brown did not play in Week 6 against the Texans due to a hamstring injury, but he had additional time to recover courtesy of the Jaguars' Week 7 bye. He's on track to return for Sunday's game against the Colts and figures to reclaim his starting role in the secondary.
